The problem
There was no name, no brand, no website, no channels and no booking system. And the market demands more than any other vertical: legal protection for the brand, medical privacy compliance, trust from the first contact, and an operation that works around a single doctor’s limited schedule. All of it in two languages.
The implementation
Naming, a logo in four versions and a visual identity; USPTO trademark registration; a bilingual site with certification badges (American Board, HIPAA); six official channels plus Google Business Profile, corporate email and signatures; a connection to the OptiMantra clinical CRM for 24/7 self-booking, telemedicine and payments; and 48 bilingual scripts shot on location in Dallas–Fort Worth.
The methodology
We sequenced the work in layers: legal protection and brand first, then digital and operational infrastructure, and finally content with medical authority. We positioned Allicere in a near-empty space in the market: above generic telemedicine, below five-figure longevity programs.
The result
Allicere went from a project to a brand with a name of its own, legal protection in the US, a bilingual website, six active channels, a Google profile, a connected booking and payment system, and a content bank with the doctor as its lead. Everything needed to scale with paid media without improvising.
